Welcome to Minds at Play!

This registration form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. The more detail you provide, the better we can understand your needs and thoughtfully pair participants — so don’t hold back!

Please note that Minds at Play programs are paid services, with each term enrolment offered at a flat fee of $750 per program.

Each term runs for 9 to 10 weeks, aligned with the NSW school terms. We can’t wait to welcome you into the program!

***Please note: Minecraft via Console (PS, Xbox, Nintendo etc) or iPad are not compatible with this program***

The Minecraft Social Program utilises MINECRAFT JAVA EDITION — a copy can be provided upon registration where required. You will need a compatible computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.

A computer with the minimum requirements should enable gameplay for Minecraft: Java Edition. Meeting optimum system requirements will allow you to enjoy improved gameplay and advanced graphics features. Check out the System Requirements for Minecraft: Java Edition

Example: Jayden is very patient and considerate of others when working within a group setting. He enjoys helping others and sharing what he can to make them comfortable.

Are there any medical conditions that you’d like us to be aware of?

Example: Jiro has ASD and is non-verbal. They prefer to use text to communicate and therefore may need time to respond.

Are there any sensitivities that you’d like us to be conscious of?

Example: Remi has sensitivities to loud and persistent noises and would benefit being placed into a quieter group

Example: Quinn loves Minecraft but can sometimes become frustrated if his buildings or possessions are destroyed. We are practising internal de-escalation and would appreciate it if staff could help remind and encourage Quinn if these events occur.
