Thank you for your interest in working with Minds at Play.

Minds at Play is a remote company dedicated to facilitating secure social gaming experiences, with a particular emphasis on Dungeons & Dragons and Minecraft. Our primary audience consists of individuals aged 9 to 21 with disabilities. Our campaigns are thoughtfully crafted to promote communication and social interaction through the magic of imagination and play. We are deeply committed to supporting the disabled community and firmly believe in the transformative power of play. Our guiding principle is ‘Progress over Perfection’.

Please be aware that our operations align with the NSW school term schedule and the AEST (Sydney, Melbourne) time zone. While we typically appoint Games Masters two weeks before each school term, we strongly encourage you to submit your application, as we maintain a waitlist and will reach out to you in advance of planning our recruitment for the upcoming term.

Games Master – Dungeons & Dragons and Minecraft

Does a dice roll of 1 make you break out in cold sweats of nervousness?
Does a roll of 20 get you more excited than is healthy?
Did you even know that you could roll 20 on dice?

If you answered yes to those questions, you’re probably a D&D nerd. That’s OK, we need D&D nerds. We need D&D nerds who want to be paid for their passion for role-playing games. Interested? We know you are. Watch the video to find out what it takes to be a Minds at Play Games Master.
